(Khao Lak, Thailand – 11 March) Greetings from beautiful Khao Lak, Thailand, the site of the 2015 Asian Championships of The International History Bee and Bowl! Your co-Executive Directors have been hard at work scouting out the fantastic location of our second annual Asian Championships this week, in between four tournaments this past weekend, and three this coming one. By the end of March, only our Singapore Championships, just announced for May 16 at NPS International School, will remain on the regional tournament calendar. This year, more than twice as many teams as last year have competed at Regionals, and we’re expecting 70-90 teams to join us for our Asian Championships! Registration will open by March 20, and we’ll be reaching out to all qualifiers as soon as it does. Thanks for making our regional tournaments a great success this year, and we look forward to welcoming the top history students in Asia to Thailand in June!
