• Welcome to the Asian Division of the International History Bee & Bowl!

    The History Bee and Bowl are two history quiz competitions in English which are held around the world. The Bee is for individual students; the Bowl is for teams. This website has all the details on our tournaments for primary and secondary students in Asia.

    For the 2016-2017 school year, we anticipate running both the Bee and Bowl at about 30 regional tournament sites throughout Asia. We will use two separate sets of questions; schools can thus attend up to two regional competitions as long as the questions are different. The top students and teams will also qualify for our Asian Championships in June 2017 and the International History Olympiad in July 2018. Qualification for both the Championships and the Olympiad can take place at any regional tournament.
