Hwa Chong Institution from Singapore won the Varsity History Bowl at the 2019 Asian Championships.
International Academic Competitions is delighted to announce that its 2020 Asian Championships will take place at Seoul Foreign School in Seoul, South Korea on Friday-Sunday, May 29-31, 2020! South Korea will be the fourth country to host our Asian Championships which heretofore have taken place in Hong Kong, Singapore, and Thailand. The JW Marriott Resort and Spa in Khao Lak, Thailand, where four of the last five Asian Championships have taken place is undergoing renovations this year that preclude the possibility of its hosting in 2020. We are delighted that Seoul Foreign School, under the auspices of its IHBB coach, Michael Harvey, has offered to host, and look forward to a great championships weekend!
